Dipole transition matrix elements of the one-electron diatomic molecules

Résumé :
The problem of dipole transition-matrix element calculation for optical
transitions in multiply charged one-electron diatomic quasimolecules with
unequal nuclear charges Z1 and Z2 is considered in a nonrelativistic
approach.
The main features of the energy terms and dipole moments are analyzed.
The difference between the homopolar and heteropolar cases is outlined.
The existence of zeros in the dipole transition-matrix elements is shortly
discussed.
