Résumé :
In 1980 Pierre Encrenaz suggested to observe HCN absorption in the
radio region toward strong radiosources to measure the excitation
temperature and to derive the CMB temperature at different Z.
Since then the classical surface brightness- redshift test for CMB
has produced a few results with large uncertainties. The new era of
"precision cosmology" has opened the possibility of measuring the
temperature of CMB at galaxy clusters, via the Sunyaev-Zeldovich
effect with umprecedented accuracy.
I report preliminary results toward COMA cluster and other clusters
and discuss the limitations of the method.
