L'exposé de Michel Blanc le matin du 18 juin n'est pas spécifique du GdR PCHE mais ouvert à toute la communauté d'astrophysique: en effet Michel Blanc rendra compte des recommandations du Comité d'évaluation pour la Recherche et l'Exploration Spatiale (CERES) concernant la programmation par le CNES des futures expériences spatiales.
