Atmospheric phase correction code for DATA  in the MAIN : 0 for uncorrected, 1 for corrected, 2 for both uncorrected and corrected. Hence Nphc =1 for PHASE_CORRECTION <2 else Nphc =2

Lag fonction identifier (>0), and a direct index into the LAGsub-table.
