The paper summerazes the state of the art of transient models for
most of the ISO detectors, contains a first version of a model
for CAM point source transient, gives somes indications about
block by block transient correction, from a general point of view
but also in the specific case of PHOT C-100.

Local summary :
This paper reviews the behavior of most of the ISO systems
(CAM, PHT, LWS and SWS) and detectors. Several possible causes
of problems are considered, in optical, electronical and detectors sub-systems.
We explain that, since the transients are reproducible and the glitches
(related to hit of high energetic particles), if all other parts
(optical, electonic, temperature control, ...) are without missconception,
the transient models ensure that glitches appear to be the only limiting factor.
We explain also how to check such whole system with the help
of the detector transients during ground based tests.
This paper may be useful for any team currently involved with development
of such system.

Local summary : This paper is an overview of transient models
for most Si:Ga and Ge:Ga detectors on-board the ISO satellite.
We focused on the applications of physical models provided by Fouks' theory.
This paper should be useful for SIRTF (MIPS), Astro-F (FIR) and Herschel
satellites to begin as soon as possible to consider the use of physical
models in order to remove the transient effects in they Ge:Ga detectors.

Local summary : This paper presents briefly the current status
of the modelization of point source transients for ISOCAM (Si:Ga detector).
Even the model is highly accurates, the correction method is not trivial.
We show adjustements and explain the limits of the new model
for point sources and of the current correction method.
